Hello evenings floating in a pool, heading home smelling of chlorine (which I love the smell of, strangely) and enjoying the only exercise I truly find helpful to my mental state.
It's been just over two weeks since I checked in (15 days to be precise), but the weight is going in the right direction; down! Interested in finding out what I've been up to, it's all here in 100% honest glory.
Today's entry is about a couple of things. First we have my strange craving for fruit - it's only just begun. However, once we've talked about that I have a few thoughts on the new Cancer Research UK Obesity Campaign...it's probably not for everyone!
Chocolate, pasta, doughnuts...all of these things and more have been tempting me this week and do you know what actually tempted me the most? Evaporated milk! Oh well, 5 days in and that's the only failing I had, so not too bad...
Day three is over, and I think that everything may well be fine. The sugar cravings are out in full force and the packet of Custard Creams in my drawer are still calling to me, in a voice which sounds strangely like Chris Evans...
Day two is over, going without carbs and sugar is HORRIBLE, but it will be worth it if the weight starts coming off and clothes in my wardrobe fit me again...right?
And here is the point, halfway through the year, where I start ALL over again. Weight loss is something so many battle with, and so far it's been a battle that I have been losing all down to the fact that I have zero willpower!
